At Asquith Girls there are many opportunities for girls to participate in the Creative and Performing Arts. Subjects offered in Years 7 to 12 in this area are detailed on the website under Subjects » The Curriculum.
In addition to the formal curriculum students can participate in the following activities :

Music
Students can join jazz ensembles, stage and concert bands, vocal ensembles or special interest music groups

Drama
Drama ensembles perform to a high standard with students often chosen for state ensembles.

Dance
Students perform in junior and senior dance ensembles, and junior dance clubs. These groups often perform as part of school activities and at festivals
